Dec 26, 2022 · When playing UNO you place a card of either the same colour or the same number. The +2 card will give the next player 2 cards from the deck. The stop symbol/Block means that the next player misses their turn. So if there is a Blue with a 4 on it, you can either place a Blue card, or a card with the number 2 on it.
